Manyavar is a leading Indian ethnic wear brand, which delivers style, tradition, and elegance. Their "Taiyaar Hokar Aaiye" campaign has set their position as a cultural icon.

  1. Look & Feel:
    Manyavar is a brand that sells celebration wear outfits for both men and women. The main theme of this ad was to sell their idea of wearing Manyavar outfits for weddings. Color Palette used is vibrant and bright color outfits along with the background of the wedding hall. The set of the ad was appropriate as for wedding occasions. A sense of happiness and togetherness of the family is depicted here.

  2. Key Selling Message:
    The main message is that we should look our best in wedding occasions and Manyavar can help us be one.

  3. Other message:
    In most of the ads, Manyavar associate happiness with marriage.

  4. Product Positioning:
    Manyavar offers traditional Indian attire which has premium quality. They endorse with fashion icon like Ranveer Singh that adds aspirational value to the brand.

  5. What works for me:
    Tagline of the campaign "Taiyaar Hokar Aaiye"is catchy and clearly communicates that Manyavar is the preferred choice for stylish ethnic wear.

  6. What didn't work for me:
    The way Ranveer Singh moved Mausaji out of the frame because he is not wearing Manyavar is insulting for brands aspiring audience. The audience who may not afford Manyavar but in later times they can.

  7. What would you I do differently:
    They can make ads which give social message along with the campaign idea. Like for this campaign, I would like to create ad that shows how bride and groom's family together make the wedding successful by helping each other financially and dividing work among each other.
